TERMS:

 A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 14 days prior to the beginning of your stay.    Payment can be made either by cheque or by bank transfer.   Your booking is 100% refundable if you cancel up to 30 days before check in, 50% refundable if you cancel between 30 and 14 days before check in, non-refundable thereafter. 

Check in is 16:00 onwards, and check out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed.  

Guests are asked to ensure that:

No naked lights, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes and candles, are lit in the property

Pets are kept off furniture and out of bedrooms

Pets are not left unattended in the property

The garden is cleared of any pet deposits

The property is left in a clean and tidy condition

No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear

Any damage or additional cleaning is reimbursed 

No nuisance is caused to neighbours

All debris and rubbish are placed in the appropriate containers

All keys are returned at the end of the stay
