Lobby area: iron and ironing board, clothes airer, pegs and washing basket, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, dustpan and brush in downstairs lobby. Rotary washing line outside. Cleaning materials provided.

Good quality towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned thoroughly at changeover time.

We can accommodate two clean, well behaved dogs and other pets but they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture, nor should they be left unattended in the property.  

OUTSIDE:

There is a well stocked, enclosed garden with a patio and table and chairs.  There is a shed housing a barbecue and 2 adult bikes. There is a good sized lawn with sun loungers and the area is ideal for children and dogs.

PARKING:

There is off road parking for one vehicle adjacent to the property.  Extra parking is available by prior arrangement.

ACCESSIBILITY:

There is an external flight of steps with handrail to the main entrance. There is a internal spiral staircase with open steps and handrail. There is a slope and steps from the road up to the entrance gate. There are also steps from the french doors into the garden.
